How Does It Work?
Flow States - most sports men and women will tell you that there are times in their sporting career when they seem to perform at the absolute peak of their abilities, when they are "in the zone". Many will also tell you that they are unable to be in this zone at will and that it seems to come and go from one day or week to the next. Paul has been trained in techniques which help all sports men and women achieve these states at will and thus dramatically improve their performance.
Other factors - from golf, tennis, snooker, swimming and athletics, to team sports such as football, cricket and rugby, advanced hypnotherapy and NLP techniques can help with all areas of performance including; self belief and confidence, concentration and mental strength, competitive nerves, motivation for training and much more.
How Many Sessions Are Needed?
Up to three sessions are recommended to optimize performance. Sessions last one hour and are usually given once a week. Special top up treatments can be given before important competitions and events.
